Getting Started is the Hardest Part

I've always heard that in any fitness regime you start, getting started is the hardest part. Well I'm about to test that theory. I'm creating this blog to track my progress to becoming one hot mama. Here I will post pictures, track my progress, and give personal tidbits of health and nutrition information that I come across as I strive toward the "Best Bod on the Block." I welcome anyone else to post who needs inspiration or can give inspiration. Let's all get healthy together!

yea!!! I am doing the same. I have a partner in my ward and I HATE running, but I know she is waiting for me every morning...so I go! You will find that you will miss it on the days you don't do it! Never thought I would reach that point. I can't wait to see your progress.
